Appreciation of service rendered

<p>I would like to really thank Melissa Hamburg from Telkom escallation services after stress I had with my device . I wanted my device to be unblocked and could not get any joy from call centre and had to escallate my case to management . Melissa was requested to look into my case and has been helpful from the begining until to the end regurlaly providing me with an update . I am now a happy customer my device it's now working perfectly . Melissa ! Thank you so much without you probably I would still be battling for asistance .</p>
