Appointment Missed
I did a adsl line and Voice line installation Order No:***A. They sended me an sms for the appointment on 10/12/15 no one showed up for the installation, it is really pathetic and i am really dissapointed with Telkom Service, I am also in the industry of giving a Service to customers and learnt that you need to be eager to help new clients, they dont care about new clients. Please this needs to be resolved ASAP. waited almost 3Weeks. Thank you
