Appointment changed the day before - very urgent!

<p>I have already put in leave for tommorrow and organised my life around the Telkom appointment for tomorrow. Now I received an sms saying the appointment has been moved to December! This is outrageously unprofessional and unfair to cancel an appointment the day before, then move it to almost a month later! What am I supposed to do for a landline in the meantime?! And now I have wasted a precious leave day for nothing! I am so upset! I tried to change the apointment back, but it says that my appointment information cannot be retrieved at this time. Please help me change it back to our original appointment!</p>
