Applying for a new application and it gets approved but no feed back

<p>So I app**** for the special you have on the P9 with the tablet special. Got approved got told delivery will be with in 7 working days. So I phoned 3days later to follow up and its not done. Even got an order number. How do you guys work at telkom. This is a joke. How do you treat a customer like this and I have been a loyal customer. Do I deserve this? I want my phone cuz its approved and I have an order number. </p>
