App**** online, Nothing?

Good day,<br> <br> I app**** for a tablet contract online last week.<br> I was told it will take a maximum of 7 days to get feedback.<br> <br> I have not received any feedback as yet. I phoned numerous of times and everytime they said they will forward my details to the sales department in order to resolve my concern.<br> <br> They have not been in contact with me neither did I receive any feedback.<br> <br> Please assist in resolving this.<br> <br>
