App**** for postpaid line, order cancelled by telkom

<p>Went to Telkom Pavilion store to apply for a postpaid line on 28/04/17. Handed in all the necessary documentation. Was advised I will receive a SMS with a reference number. </p> <p> </p> <p>Did not receieve a reference number so logged a request online to be called back. Contacted by Telkom in cape town on 03/05/17 and was advised I can't be assisted without a reference or order number.</p> <p> </p> <p>Logged on to my telkom account and noticed that the order has been cancelled by Telkom, as per uploaded picture ********** 81A.</p>
