App**** for Post-Paid Landline

<p>I've tried to apply for a Post Paid Landline in order to get ADSL from Mweb for wrking from home.</p> <p>It has taken me a month to get this done.</p> <p>Below is the story...</p> <p>ref: ********** 56A<br />Prabashen:26/05/16<br />Sifiso: 31/05/16<br />No order placed by previous agent(Prabashen), if I take out call out plan, installation is free<br />refno: ********** 31A<br />Clement: 01/06/2016, dropped call, waited for 5 minutes, 08:30<br />Phoned back and spoke to Charity, she said that there was no order existent on the system!!<br />New order, Refundable security deposit of R690, thereafter R189 per month, inclusive of VAT.<br />NEW orderno: ********** 71A<br />SMS received: ********** 59<br />Phoned for an update on 08/06/16, spoke to Tsovile, 10:24</p> <p>However, When I tried to activate with Mweb, Anthea(MWeb) told me that there is already a ADSL cotract in place(I have it on SMS)</p> <p>I went into a Telkom branch and I was told by Lesle Matthews that I actually have a Telkom Promo package, which is going to cost me R599 a month, wether I use it or not and that if I cancel it, I will be penalised as it is a 12 month contract. The person that apparently activated it ( I tried to get the post paid line contract via telephonic application) is Nompumelelo Mhize, who is from their Durban branch! I am putting a Atop Order on my bank account until they sort out their INCOMPETANCE!!!</p>
