App**** for LTE Deal, no deal yet

<p>On 16 July 2017, I app**** for the 40GB LTE July Deal, received order number RAF ********** 7003, after phoning 5 times already was told order not processed yet, asked to speak to Supervisor, named Nathi, he promised to immediately jump onto my problem, phoned him again he had lots of stories, he said he will respond to my email I sent him earlier, when I tried getting hold of him after not responding to my email, I got the run around, his not available, he will call me as soon as his done with a customer, no call, no email, is it Telkoms bussiness to make fun of their customers, we are adults and also bussiness people, don't treat us like ****, please resolve my issue, and deliver my package for July as promised, you running a new deal for August already but July deals are not finalised as yet</p>
