App**** for landline more than 5 weeks ago

I app**** for a landline 5 weeks ago and to date, no one has contacted me for installation.<br> When calling the call centre, one is on hold for 30 minutes plus, only to (eventually) be told that they cannot help you.<br> I have escalated the matter twice via the website, once a week ago and once today. Still nothing has happened.<br> It's like they don't want my money?
