app**** for internet at home still waiting after 3 Months

i called telkom about a month ago for an internet connection at home. 3 months have passed and i never got any call or follow up from telkom . i have to say the service at telkom is ****. The moment your acc is R5 out standing on any account from telkom they will call you everyday but for just a normal service installation you will wait years. Ref:v ********** 44A

is this what have become of telkom, advertising their service but when it comes to doing what they say they can, provide you with there service it sucks. as a service provider to all south africans i have to say telkom is one of the bottom service providers that just dont know what they doing anymore. as a company you have the hole south africa in your hands but the company just F it up thats why telkom is loosing there clients. can some one please assist me with this
