App**** for Contract, 16 days later nothing and impossible getting hold of anyone at Telkom

<p>Good day,</p> <p>I am now sick and tired of trying just to get hold of someone at Telkom to assist me. The 14th of this month I app**** for the “big deal” promotion, within a few hours an Telkom agent called me and we went through the application process. She informed me the device will be delivered within 5 ~ 7 working days, Today is the 30th, this has LONG passed. The money has been deducted from my account, yet I have no device or sim, I cannot get through to Telkom, I have left multiple messages on Facebook. I have send multiple email to your ********** address without a single response. I have tried multiple times to call you without getting through. How is this acceptable?. You never even SMS’ed or emailed me a reference number or a contract or nothing, yet you deduct the money from my account.</p>
