App**** for ADSL line 6 weeks ago! NO HELP SINCE!

<p>I app**** for an uncapped ADSL line on the 21st of June at the Telkom Shop in Somerset Mall. The sales person was extremely helpful and stated that I would get sms notifications on the progress of my order. On the 24th of June I received my username and login details via sms but not sms about when the technicians would be coming to install.</p> <p> </p> <p>Since then I have visited the shop twice, and called numerous times to enquire about my order and everytime they claim that they are working on the lines and will call me with feedback. They also keep promising that the technicians will come out in the next week. BUT STILL NO LUCK!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am considering cancelling my order and getting wireless or LTE instead!</p>
