app**** for a service but no one has contacted me

Good Day.<br> <br> I app**** for a service through Telkom's Online service. On the 25th Jan 2016 I received an sms saying my application was approved but till now no one has contacted me. I have tried a couple of times to phone Telkom but I get put through to a lot of people who cans seem to assist me. If this is the kind of service I am getting now, I wonder what will it be like when I actually have the service installed.<br> <br> Regards
