App**** for a Contract 10 days ago... NO RESPONSE!

Hi, my name is Verena and I am writing this complaint on behalf of my husband RL Osborne. He app**** for a contract 10 days ago (7Dec2015) on ur website, he chose the phone and plan and completed all the steps. Since then we have tried to contact online sales at 10213 and have chatted to 4 different agents on your website, but to no avail. I have sent an email to [Email Removed] as well on Fri 11 Dec 2015, still no response? Is this how Telkom does business? I am totally shocked!!! All we want is a response to our application?
