Application never proccessed by the agent

Some time in October I went to the store to do an application and I was assisted by the above agent. So I am just keeping you updated.<br> <br> Regards<br> Marlon<br> This e-mail is subject to the Telkom SA SOC Ltd. Last month I received an sms from him saying he is waiting for the devise. Last week I went in to check he told me there is a document missing that he needs he will make sure that I get the device the next day, till now I have never heared from him. Monday I went there again and he already left , I was told he will call me in the morning and he has never called me till now. Tuesday I went to the cape town store and only to be told that there has never been any appliccation proccessed on my name. I don't get it.
