application LTE Uncapped R599 contract online appl

I have decided to apply for the Telkom LTE R599 contract but was informed that I will not be able to apply in store. So I app**** online 2016-04-07 at 20:33. I only received a call from a call centre agent on 2016-04-12 at 09:12 my order/application was confirmed, still waiting for my router and sim card. Tried to contact the sales department twice, waited on the line for 20 minutes with no response. Really feed up, poor customer service. I don't feel like taking the contract any more.
