Application for voice line

<p>I app**** for a voice line using Telkoms online site. After application the site gives the number 10213 to call to follow up on the application.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called three days later and was told as I app**** online I need to wait for Telkom to call me back. They eventually did so a week later and said they had my details and were processing to see if I qualified. This takes 48 hours. Once approved it would take a week or two for the installation.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called them again today to follow up on the application to see if I was approved and now apparently they dont have my details or application. So I now have to reapply.</p> <p> </p> <p>So three weeks later with many many calls and holding on to Telkom and I am back at square one.</p> <p> </p> <p>All for a simple voice line.</p>
