Application for Smart Voice takes FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!
Made an application on 11 July 2019 for Smart Voice package. Was told application takes 2-5 working days. Thus far NOTHING has been done after NUMEROUS phone calls. Escalation upon escalation with processing not being done... that's what we are told every time we call 10213. Reference no. 279310. Extremely poor customer service!!!
