Application for Internet at Home.

I app**** middle April for Internet at home. The lady told me it will take between 4 to 6 weeks. It is now 8 weeks and nobody contacted me yet. I went into the branch 3 times 1st time they said they will contact me..nothing happened..white lady 2nd time the lady confirmed to me that they have a back log ...cases of January is only now attended to. 3rd time today..stood in queue and for 20 minutes there were no movement in queue. This is very bad service Please cancel my contract.
