Application for contract - DELAY!
I am just baffled at the fact that a simple application for a cellphone contract takes 72 hours for a response. I app**** for a contract on Monday and to date have not had a response. I just wanted to know if the application was approved at least within 24 hours (as this has been the case with application to previous providers in the past). Whilst Telkom offers the best deals on data and voice packages, I must state that I am forced to take my application elsewhere as the delay in response and overall customer services is lacking to say the least.
