APPLICATION FOR CELLPHONE CONTRACT
1st Telephonic application for contract on 4 Sept. No feedback received. I phone again 10 Sept. Informed of rejection. I Insist on speaking to manager - I'm put through to Audrey. She said they will reconsider appl due to agent not explaining clearly. Promise to call back next day but no feedback. I call again 18 Sept. Audrey again promise to call back 19 Sept. Still waiting for answer. We already have 2 landline + 1 cellphone contracts with Telkom. Rejection is unacceptable.
