Application for Cell-phone

<p>Myself and my wife app**** for Cellphones at the Canal Walk Telkom store the one owned by telkom on 26th May 217 and today still no feedback 2nd June 2017. So firtly the Service with good qaulity, however waiting over a week for feedback on approval is totally unacceptable. </p> <p>I was initially the Principle account holder of two contracts with Telkom moble prior to this application and we decided my wife be the applicant this time. This is someone with impecable credit record, a home owner (bond obviously) and they tell her rating is to low.</p> <p> </p> <p>Application for P10 plus cellphone cannot be so difficult I am really dissapointed that we have to wait so long with no feedback even negative. This is the sort of customer service that lead to us consumers just either dropping contracts or just moving to competitors. </p> <p> </p> <p>This was a bad experience a waste of time getting bank statements, payslips and of our TIME. Thanks Telkom for your poor customer s****s and poor feedback. </p> <p> </p> <p>Even if its approved you might have lost us long ago.....</p>
