Application for A33 Samsung galaxy

I've made an application for A33 Samsung galaxy on black Friday at Lebowakgomo Telkom even today I did not get those phones and every time when I went there to enquire, they telling me they don't have them on their stock till last week Friday and they were so rude to a point that they told me that I must just forget about them cos is a loss for them and i can even report them and Telkom won't do anything since they are franchise and they did not process my application
