APPLICATION CANNOT BE FOUND

We just come here to complain so people can know how bad Telkom is not that anything good will come out of this,its indeed bad.I saw the advert for Router on TV ,being far from any Telkom Store i did an online application form ,which was completed and was told consultant will call me back,that was last week .The consultant called and i told her i did the online application she told me we are completing it,we did so and said if its accepted the device will be deliverd within 5 workig days.Today i called 10213 and had to wait for 120 minutes when the call was answered by fikile mokwanasi walla they did not have my application on records she told me to could be selldirect which did my applications to get rid of me am sure cause i told her it was not possible,called selldirect nothing, called Mobiletalk which i got details from selldirect they didnt have any details.i asked for record of the last week as there was no referenece from telkom am told i must approach court.someone is clearly not doing their work at Telkom and this will bring the company with so much better offers and people will be unemployed now i understand why everytime i see telkom is restructuring news now and then
