Application
I ordered an samsung s8 online and a lady phoned me to confirm my application and said everything has been approved and my phone will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
Saturday i recieved an sms stating that my application has been declined, so phoned the call centre today to find out whats happening with my application as the lady stated that my application has been approved during the call i received on thursday.
The person who helped me today said that it had been declined and cant tell me why, but it still stands that the lady who phoned me to confirm my order said it has been approved??????
The lady who said its been approved name is Sibusiso.
This is really sitting me off from telkom as its a wate of time.
