Apple Macbook Air
<p>I am upset with Telkom as I apl**** online for an Apple Macbook Air as per promotion. I received an sms to say it has been approved, someone will call me. needless to say that I ended up calling Telkom to find out what's happening. after waiting half an hour to get an answer, the lady just said sorry, we have no stock. you can try all the different branches. this is ridiculous, they can tell me where to go for stock, BUT IT IS A PROMOTION??? This is very bad costumer service as I need a laptop to continue with my work an Telkom is waisting my time! I want a apple Macbook, as Telkom advertises. You cannot advertise if you cannot deliver! that's nonsense! I dont go to our local shop as the are understaffed and very time consuming as the work VERY slowly and I always have to return just to get a simple service done. </p>
I went to Potchefstroom branch and a Lady named Delet was very friendly and very helpfull. She helped me to get stock and with my application. Much appreciated.
