Apple Iphone X has reached its end of life according to TELKOM sales agent

So, could someone from Telkom please notify the Apple corporation that the IPhone X has apparently reached its end of life. Curious, it seems Telkom is developing their own version maybe.

Anyway, so app**** for and Apple X deal on their website, was contacted by one of the sales consultants that stated that the device has reached its end of life. Interesting. Its only a few months old. When correcting her to say that she should rephrase and state that they don't have stock and therefore cant sell IPhone X devices, I was told the same. Its not a stock issue its reached its end of life.

So Telkom. If the device has reached its end of life, why is it still being advertised on your website??????

You have just lost a potential customer due to the incompetence of your sales agent. She must be the most uninformed person alive.

Received a odd email on the 11th stating that my order has been placed and that I will be contacted by a Telkom service team member in 48 Hours. The odd thing isn't so much the correpondance received from Telkom but the fact that I was told the mobile device had reached its end of life and I couldn't apply for it. Who is still stocking these "end of life" devices? Have you found a supplier?
