apple i phone cant get past the enter passcode
<p>bought an apple i phone at telkom in hillcrest this morning thought it would be an easy cellphone to use but this blasted phone wont go past the "enter passcode" your passcode is required to enable touch id. But it wont accept my password !</p> <p>The young lady at telkom was very very helpful at setting it up but even she had issues with the touch pad going backwards and forwards how do i get past this passcode and can i disable it as its a nuisance as yet i havent got into anything and cant use the phone</p>
i still cannot get this right ??? the keyboard show abc /def how do you go about changing the a to b there is no key to change the digits to a or to b or to digits so how can you enter a password>>>>>

I am still waiting for someone to sort this out? i went to a store that does cellphone repairs he told me to go to itunes to download updates but that dont work because the system is telling me the phone needs a password to unlockk the phone first. I gave him the password that i was given at your hillcrest store he says that password is not right - if this is not sorted out today this phone is going back to hillcrest im very annoyed

Still nothing and i cant even use the phone !!!!! I am getting extremely annoyed here if not sorted you will be getting this phone back i cant even accept calls or smses on the phone so its no use trying to get thru on the phone please use my email **********

what?????? I am not booking in a brand new cellphone i just bought the other day !!!!! What a load or ******* i want this complaint escalated to your manager ! Im not about to book in a brand new cell phone for repairs i need the phone for business !!!!

I am not taking a brand new cellphone in for to book the phone in for repairs when i have only had it a few days and havent even used the phone !!!!! What a load of ******* you will please escalate this to your management now !!!!!

ok no response this phone is going back to hillcrest telkom tommorow and i want to speak to your manager at that store about this i will be there at about 9 to 9.30am
