APPAULING TREATMENT BY TELKOM

Since the 6/12/17, 10 people & 17 calls and 3 cases later my query has not been resolved. Telkom was quick to invoice me for a cancellation I never requested which turned out to be a contract I did not even take which I found out 6 calls later. No one ever gets back to you, all they promise is to escalate and after doing a reversal of the incorrect debit order my line has now been suspended. The manager's are always in "meetings" and never call back. I have spoken to Zimase Ncoke, Zandile Magwaza, Charlene Mncube, Mabali Zondo (Miss attitude) Snenhlanhla Shabangu, (her manager Nokuthula Ngozo never called back) Nokwanda Gcabashe, Mxolisi Cele, Lungile Cele the **** who pretended to care, Xolani Lephethe. How many more people do I need to speak to get service at Telkom
