Appauling Service from Telkom Technical Support.

There are about 6 units in our complex in Kilnerpark that have been down since 24th October 2019. We don't have telephone landlines or internet since then. We have logged faults, got referance numbers and promised technicians to come out. I have personally sent emails to the complaints section at Telkom and no response till now. What's really disconcerting is that there is absolutely no update or communication on the progress.
