Appauling service for uncapped data

My wife is trying to conclude a new uncapped data contract... The service is appauling to say the least... Every service agent you speak to gives you a different answer to a question and no one is consistent with their product knowledge advice... The agent said within 2-3 days, she will receive a sms to say it is activated and a technician will come out to do the installation... We call every day and no one can assist... Please urgently look into the matter as we need the installation urgently
