APPAULING SERVICE BY TUMELO

<p>I went to a the Telkom store at Cresta Mall on the 18 June to apply for a WIFI package and was assited by a smug useless guy called Tumelo he took all my particulars and informed me that everything is fine that i was approved i just needed to pay an outstanding amount on my cellphone contract of R140 odd rands then he will contact me on Monday to inform me to come and collect the router. i paid the money via eft while in the store and he assured me i will recieve a call from him once the payment has cleared which will be the Monday. Monday came and went and the rest of the week went by and i took it upon myself to go back to the store the following Sa****ay to find that he isnt in, the lady who assisted me told me at 1st that there was nothing on the system about my router application then a few minutes later she said she picked up a case that was opened and it seems my application was declined. I drove all the way to Cresta, stood in a queue for 1 hour to be told that my application was not on the system and it was declined when that incompetant fool could have called and informed me, to this day i still havent recieved a call from him to inform me why he **** to me and told me everything is fine. Telkom and its employees provide the most appauling service i have ever encountered and i advice anybody looking for a contract to walk away. Their teleconsultants are horrible their store consutants are horrible i curse the day i went to sign up with them.</p>
