Appauling Service and false advertising

a mobile contract was offered to me and I was told that it will be free from Telkom to any network, this was a lie it was onlyTelkom to Telkom. I called to cancel 2days later. 2 debit was taken I called again to cancel, debit went off yet again, 16/11/2017 spoke Sinenhlanhla Dhlamini she did niot say the letter must go to the cancellation dept. 15/01/2018 debit went off again, I have been trying to cancel this since Aug 2017. bank charges and reversals of the debits is costing me money. they have taken another debit 20/01/2018. this is messing up my credit. the service stinks I just want them to stop the debit and cancel is it so difficult!!! I am furious
