Appauled At Telkom And Debt In

I Have Never had a contract with Telkom and have recently been called by a company called Debt-In on behalf off telkom by a Lady called Nonkululeko and have been harassed and spoken to very abruptly by her. After explaining to her I have never had any contractual agreement with Telkom, the lady says she has my information so the debt is mine!!! They forcing me into paying a 5 Year ********** contract. What do I do?
