Appauled and pethetic

Telkom does not care. I will be cancelling my Telkom line if I am not contacted soon for my hello peter complaint last week. I am feed up with company's taking advantage of its customers. I always thought Telkom was amazing and quick with sorting things out. this has left a very bad taste in my mouth.
