I have experienced the worst service ever at their call centre. agent patrick was rude and spoke over me and also not interested in my complaint. I went on and requested to speak to manager, and was attended by sibusiso after being put on hold for over 15 minutes only to find he was even worse. the attitude they have and no courtesy for their paying customers is sickening. to think we take our hard earned and contribute to a company that treats customers as such. cant wait for my contract to end to never ever deal with mockery of a company.
