Apparently they don't give out contracts

<p>Wow. I wonder how legal it must be to refuse clients copies of their mobile contracts. Would love for one of their lawyers to see this and **** their pants. Be that as it may I have now called their mobile department far too many times to count and put on hold indefinitely upon being told that I will be put through to sales because only they can provide me with a copy of my contract. But when I do get through I am told that I can't be provided with a copy. What the actual ****? How on god's earth can I be denied a copy of a contract that I entered into with them? How is that even remotely legally possible? I want copy now, you imbeciles!</p>
