Apparently Mo nice isn't so nice after all

support at Telkom is non existent, when you call you get sent to WhatsApp but the help option there doesn't work at all nor does the option to chat. I kept getting an error about my number being invalid, not matter what format I tried. Now I haven't had internet access for close to a week now, I bought 2 gigs of data which is due to expire in 14 days and am getting no where fast. I can't track my vehicles, access banking apps my lively hood is taking a serious hit, went to one of their stores they promised to get the back office to give me a call on Saturday but I am yet to hear from them.
