Apparently affidavit and licence are not proof enough to do a simswap i need a ID

The branch refusing to do a simswap for me when i have an affidavit proving i was ****** and lost my phone i have my licence and they want an ID which was also lost, so i must wait to do the ID first before i can get my number, leaving me with no access to my banking USSD string shame what an awful branch in Cornubia i have never been so disgusted and the consultant was so rude
