Apparently 7 days is soon

<p>App**** for a freeme contract online and received an automated mail after telling me an agent would be in contact with me soon to finalise my order. Today is 7 days later, and after a few online chats with their customer service agents, I've yet to hear from any of their salespeople about my application. Idiots. </p>
