Appalling yet consistent service
Zero service. I get roughly 3-4 spam calls a day from them trying to upsell me. My wifi hasn't worked for 2 days and they ignore me flat. Gee, I wonder why I don't want to upgrade....

I tried Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, whatsapp and SMS. If it wasn't for them taking my money every month, I'd think that they'd gone out of business.
