APPALLING Treatment at TELKOM THE GLEN MALL!!!

After 2 years of battling to upgrade my phone, I eventually managed to upgrade at the iStore, however my Telkom Sim is faulty. I went to TELKOM THE GLEN yesterday, finding that there was about 3 people standing outside the door, waiting for assistance, the one was already waiting for 45min. Having my 3 kids with me, i thought to find out what documentation i would need for them to give me a new sim, however there was NO one to assist at the door, NO one to ask, NO one to advise me if they will be able to assist. I didn't want to stand in a queue with 3 kids for 2 hrs to find out I don't have the correct documentation.

I tried to catch the attention of the consultants inside the store, however they all just ignored me. I eventually decide to enter the store, and ask someone what is needed. I sanitized my hands, however everyone was sitting and no one came to take my temperature.

As I approached the Consultant behind the counter(might I add he didn't have a client with him at the time, and I was about 2 meters away from his desk) he looked up, without saying a word started shouting at me...GET OUT!!!GET OUT!!!GET OUT!!! I was chased out like a DOG!!!The more I said I just want to ask something the more he said GET OUT!!!YOU NEED TO SANITIZE AND SCAN!!Even though everyone chose to ignore me when I tried to get their attention to assist me???I was BELITTLED , ASHAMED, and EMBARRASSED. This is NO WAY TO TREAT A PAYING TELKOM CUSTOMER.... AND one who has been battling with Telkom for almost two years???

One of the Consultants who was busy having lunch, close to the door, then got up and asked, MAM CAN I PLEASE ASSIST YOU??Even though he was on lunch, he told me that I don't have the correct documentation and told me what I needed, which just proves my point again - I WOULD HAVE STOOD IN A QUEUE FOR 2 HOURS WITH 3 KIDS, just to be told they can't help me.

I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Who gives you the right to treat me like that, I am a human being just like you???If you can't work in RETAIL or you can't deal with CUSTOMERS rather DON'T!
