Appalling telkom services, sies!

Telkom is the worst network that ever existed. Not only is their network bad, the service from the call center consultants and shops is appalling. I want to settle my account and close it but I am being sent from pillar to post. I've paid the money into their account to settle my account but it's hard for them to give me a paid up letter. I'm sick and tired of their bad service. They must just close shop and accept defeat.
