Appalling Telkom Service as always!

<p>I would never recommend taking any contract with Telkom- they have the worst service imaginable.</p> <p>I have had a Telkom mobile data contract for several years. Since moving house, I wanted home fiber and requested cancelling the contract after they installed the fiber in November 2016! They never contacted me, until I contacted them in February when they told me that they hadn't put the order through from November. So I obviously cancelled the fiber order and went with another provider. </p> <p>I asked them to cancel the mobile data contract in April. As is there inane policy I cancelled in store and not over the phone. For the past three months they have continued to charge me despite repeated calls.</p> <p>Telkom is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure to encounter</p>
