Appalling Telkom service

According to me Telkom does not even deserve 1 star. My contract has ended few months ago and I'm now on a month to month contract. The issue is that Telkom captured my details incorrectly even though I gave them a copy of my ID and proof of residence. Now when I call their upgrades team I'm being told that I am failing security check. I then went to the nearest Telkom store and to my surprise Telkom has my details all wrong but they still have the audacity to debit me from the bank account with a different surname from what they have on their database. Get your house in order and employ people who are capable to keep customers not those who will chase customers.
