Appalling Telkom Service

I am writing this review on the Telkom branch in Gateway Theatre of Shopping 1st floor. I am absolutely appalled by the service I have recieved from this branch. From the inception of a new cellphone contract at the beginning of February up until now which is almost mid March. My contract dispute has still not been resolved. I have spoken to the manager and even send him a direct email in which he assured me that he was on top of my case. To my dismay my situation has gone from bad to worse. I honestly do not know if I will ever receive what I signed up for.
