Appalling Service:Telkom

I'm so disappointed in the service i got from telkom. I app**** for a phone online last week, went through the process. An agent called, i got approved. I was expecting the phone within 5working days.

I haven't received anything. I have been trying to get a hold of them ever since. I called thr normal telkom line (081180) to get assistance, I was referred to the sales team. I called them more than 3 times and i was on hold 20mins minimum each time.

I cant get a hold of anyone.... no one has contacted me.... at this point i dont know what to do. I want to cancel the contract and get a phone with other service provides. I'm appalled at the service, lack of communication and how difficult it is to get a hold of them.
