Appalling service Telkom
Just how ridiculous is Telkom advising me that our faulty telephone line that is out of order for a week now, that they need a specialised Technician to repair the faulty line, however they cannot tell me what the problem actually is. I will definitely search for alternative lines with internet a person just not carrying on with such incompetence.
