Appalling service/repair serive

My laptop has been in store for the last 2 weeks at the Kolonnade Telkom store. I've been there 6 times in the past two weeks and my laptop to this day has not been fetched for/by repairs. The consultants never bother to keep me informed (even though I always ask they do) with whats happening and seem to follow-up on the request only once I am in store and I get told the same thing every-time I am there, that it will be fetched later that day or the following day . Very unhappy with the service, consultants are very unprofessional. This is a major inconvenience for me, as I am now forced to start printing documents among other things. I will be paying a full months amount for computer usage whereas my computer is gathering dust in the store. I have 3 contracts with Telkom, rest assure when they expire I will never use Telkom again. Please see to my computer getting repaired soon.
