appalling service from the Telkom CCC.

Pathetic service i received from the telkom agent - Andile Ncobo. i called earlier because the previous day i couldn't get through eventually i spoke to this agent whom i think was drunk or babalaz, lazy to talk did not even capture the correct info i gave him. why does telkom employ people working in the CCC who do not want to help customers?? anyway - i keep getting sms's that my account is overdue, i called and unfortunately spoke to a lazy person "Andile" he says my account is in areas by R0.37, i asked him about the sms and reference number that he couldn't find on the system, did not even bother to go an extra mile helping with the query, he just said he cant find it, so i am still sitting with an sms stating that my account is overdue but no help from TELKOM.. i am so not happy and i cant wait to end the cycle of my contract so i can terminate any relations i have with Telkom.
